Hey guys, hope you’re having a great Sunday. This is issue #4 of CardStack Insiders.

It’s been a busy week for me with work and the family, but managed to make a lot of improvements to CardStack. Excited to get those out later this week.

For today, wanted to share the latest news, offers, and FYIs from the credit card world.

If you have ideas or app feedback, reply any time. I read everything. Forward this if it helps someone, or subscribe here if a friend sent it. Thanks for reading.

🚨 New Card: Capital One Venture Business

Capital One just introduced the Venture Business card to replace Spark Miles, and it’s aggressive. See One Mile at a Time and CNBC Select for context; terms live on the issuer site.

Up to 150,000 miles welcome bonus:

  • 75K after $7,500 spend in 3 months
  • Another 75K after $30K total in 6 months
  • Unlimited 2x miles on every purchase
  • 5x on hotels and rental cars through Capital One Travel
  • Up to $100 in annual credits
  • $95 annual fee

This is one of the better business card launches we’ve seen recently.

Why it matters

Capital One miles transfer to 15+ partners. That’s the real value. You’re not stuck in a weak ecosystem. Check active transfer bonuses on CardStack when you move points.

My take

I have the personal Capital One Venture X and I love the 2x on everything. This business version is great if you are a business owner and can meet the minimum spend!

💸 Card-Linked Promos Worth Activating

It’s worth checking if any of these offers is on one of your cards.

CardStack Tip

The CardStack browser extension for Chrome and Safari can add eligible Amex and Chase offers to your cards in one click while you are on the bank website.

⚠️ Perks Are Getting Harder To Redeem

This is the part nobody talks about enough.

Credit card benefits and airline perks are getting increasingly harder to understand and redeem.

  • DoorDash added a $20 minimum on pickup orders, making your Chase benefit harder to use ( Doctor of Credit ).
  • Amex Platinum is losing Lufthansa lounge access ( The Points Guy ).
  • United is restricting Polaris Lounge access, even for some premium partner flights ( One Mile at a Time ).

Every week: more restrictions, more fine print, more hoops. The game is tightening.

📰 What Else Happened

Alaska Lounge at SFO

Now available on Priority Pass, but there’s a catch ( View from the Wing ).

  • $15 entry fee
  • Must be flying Alaska or a partner

SFO is now my home airport after moving to SF from LA a few months ago so it’s great to see more lounges coming online at the airport.

Delta Going All-In on Premium

Delta is upgrading its fleet in a big way ( Delta News Hub, CNBC ).

  • New Delta One suites on A350-1000
  • Suites coming to A330 for the first time
  • 24-inch 4K screens, wireless charging, privacy doors

Delta expects 90% of Delta One seats to be suites by 2030.

I love flying Delta One and so I’m excited about these upgrades (specially the privacy doors which I've experienced on one of their flights last year).

🚀 What I AM Shipping This Week

As I mentioned in an email earlier this week, I launched Stack: an AI agent that ensures you maximize your credit cards.

I’m working on making it more proactive, autonomous, and personalized to you and your goals.

In addition, I’ve been adding more cards and making sure the app is faster and more reliable.

Those improvements will roll out soon, so make sure you have automatic updates turned on in the App Store.

Thanks for reading and supporting CardStack!

Adam
