This tool is an estimate and uses a simple tier model plus Bilt Cash conversion math so the result is easy to understand.
- - Tier spending thresholds are based on monthly non-rent spend as a ratio of monthly rent.
- - Bilt Cash formula uses 4% Bilt Cash earned on non-rent spend and a conversion of $3 Bilt Cash per 100 rent points.
- - Rent points use tier multiplier and a 250-point monthly minimum floor in this calculator model.
